Can I please get something from you about this glitch? Like I said I've made forums in the past about this glitch and it needs to be solved; it's been an on-going thing since Imperial city.

Ah, it is not like leap then? I assumed that being a 'teleport' it would be useable. Is it fair to use it until patch? Or just avoid doing it from now?

Since this is not intended functionality, continued use of this would be considered an exploit, so please refrain from doing so. Ultimately, any method of entering an enemy keep without breaking down the door is considered an exploit. Thanks for checking!

Unfortunately the video I have here xboxdvr.com/gamer/Maxwell/video/13503635 has expired which shows me trying to leap on players that are coming to the resource point I'm defending but instead my ultimate glitches out. The main thing here is that this is a glitch I'd rather you not stray away from the point and if it was a un-fair exploit as stated by that ZOS employee it would've been fixed when they removed ambush being able to do that I believe 2 patches ago.

My point is if it was an issue that is counted as an exploit then it would've been fixed. Ambush did the same exact thing and all they did was increase the Y in order to make sure you couldn't do that. They would have to do the same thing with leap in order to fix that as it acts just like ambush (Gap closer). They did that with chains too just thought I'd throw that out there.

Someone probably wrobel deemed it was good and fair to use as it doesn't mean you'll win immediately doing so. It doesn't "Fail on purpose" the other video clearly shows me within the keep trying to jump down on other players and it doesn't work. I've obtained meteor on both my stamina dk and magicka dk and I've yet to see it cost ultimate so I can't claim it to be factual until it's proven to me.

My point is that Take flight has been bugged and as far as I know is the only ultimate to actually go in its animation then fail to work afterwards.

I should add I will keep using this ability till it's fixed as it's a unique ability that most players cannot do. I and many others like seeing it because it's pretty funny to watch someone leap die before getting a kill in the keep or get a couple kills and then be overwhelmed till they jump off or just get killed.

I am not sure why you keep saying "If Ambush was fixed and Dragon Leap not fixed then that means it is on purpose!"

That's just you making up your own rules contrary to what has been explicitly stated by ZoS themselves.

Ambush and Take Flight are very different skills. Ambush is a teleport, Take Flight is a leap and they use very different mechanics, which is why you never see Ambush fail like leaps and charges do (Toppling Charge says hello). Also Ambush has a max range of 22 meters, Take Flight can go up to 28m, which puts it into the category of skills that get an extra 7 meters in Cyrodiil.

So it is completely understandable that Ambush has been "fixed" to not get you over walls and into keeps, whereas Take Flight is harder to nail down due to the extra 13m you can get on its range.

Again, I agree with you that the skill should not expense the cost and fail to actually work, that's BS especially for an ultimate.

The reason why I keep stating that because regardless of it not being able to happen or not it would've been addressed and fixed a while ago as this has been an on going thing for a year now. I've stated too not only ambush but you can use extended chains to go on top of a keep or even from the outer keep by using a player or guards to do so.

I bring up ambush because even though they are too different abilities like I stated before they changed the y axis of the ability so the target will be "too High" for them to ambush up to which is what they'd have to simply do with take flight. So no it's not "Understandable", my guess is that wrobel and wheeler came to a conclusion that it doesn't have a "Massive" impact on the situation of a battle that it needs to be looked at and or changed because if it was it would've been fixed way back in 1.7.
