(BUG) Poison Injection not applying on block.

Was stated in recent patch notes that dots would apply on shields and on blocking, but..

If someone is blocking when you hit them with Poison Injection the dot doesnt apply to them. Also, is it intended that the dot dmg is blockable? As in the poison running through their veins is blockable...??

    To quote the patch notes and @ZOS_GinaBruno
    The damage over time effects from abilities such as Searing Strike, Twin Slashes, or Destructive Touch can now be applied to targets that fully or partially absorb the damage from a damage shield, or targets that are blocking.

    Must be a bug. This also applies to the Sorcerer execute Mage's Wrath/Endless Fury. If you block this execute when it is used on you, the execute explosion will not fire, even if you drop block within 4 seconds after being hit. Plz fix!
