Can't fence or launder legendary items in update 9?

I found a legendary stolen trophies in greenshade but can't sell it to a fence and says I can't launder at a fence? What do I do with it?

✭✭Part of the quest for getting the master thief achievement. Take it to the tg base and place it on a table/glass case up the stairs. I think there are like 4 or 5 per faction area. Been a while since I completed it.0 -

✭✭It's probably one of the trophies from Kari's Hit List, the one you find on the big table in the Theives Guild's Den. Behind the table are a number of showcase displays, bookshelves and such. Go from one to one and in front of one of them an "E" will show up. That's where the trophy goes.
