I read online it's like 10.45 mana = 1 spell damage. Is this still accurate?
Pretty much.Just to clarify,
Using crystal frags - if my spell damage is 3700 does that equate to 38813 max magica to get the same damage?
Take out the 4 at the start and it'll be correct.NVM, I think I realized what the formula is reading now. Please correct me if wrong.
Using Crystal Frags 4(Damage = 0.153839 (Max Magica Stat) + 1.61339 (Spell Power) + 4.5808)

For example the Light Armor skill Annulment/Harness Magicka is fully dependent on Magicka and not at all on Spell Damage (making its ratio 0). The Templar skill Backlash acts in a similar manner. Most shields are fully dependent on Health and nothing else. The Sorcerer Daedric Mines/Minefield's ratio is 20 for some reason, meaning it depends on Spell Power twice as much as other spells.
We've been working on a skill coefficient database here based on @Asayre's excellent theory crafting which has good coefficients and ratios for most skills.
