LFG Premade scaling

Okay been having fun with BDO, haven't check in with eso for a bit..

Did the scaling for premade groups get fixed for the LFG tool?

Ex. Can i form a 4 person group with say a lvl 10, lvl 30 , V1 and V16 and scale everyone up to V15/V16 status and do a pledge/dungeon with them?

Or do you still have to wait like 5-20 for that to happen.

Has this been addressed? Do we NEED 4 people now to scale dungeons? Tried with 3 (v12 v16 v16 ) and the v12 never scaled when we entered the dungeon (just running a basic pledge) We did the dungeon just fine just find it odd that the v12 never scaled up to our level.
