    So far I've tried hard reset on Xbox refreshed modem only one thing left to do HIT it with a big hammer

    I don't know this is relevant but I just made a tracert and the result seems little bit suspicious....

    I'm blocked from NA on XBox, but can access EU. I tried logging onto a roommate's console. He can access both servers on mine, but I'm still blocked from NA on his.

    I am on the Xbox One NA Server. It is still stopping right before the character select screen. It just says "Loading..."
