    ps4 - rebooted numerous times, ran speed tests, did the magic 'clean the disc' trick, gave it a naughty stare.... nothing

    I rebooted console. I hard reset console. It didn't help.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno Why are you asking us to test? Open the client yourself and see what the problem is

    i get no error message, just click X to play game, then just before character select it remain on the screen like as if it is froze up

    On PC EU I get different messages at first, now I always get:
    Login Error
    Logine Timeout
    EU Server
    Zerg Squad [Guild]
    AD - Skulfur - Sorcerer - AR50 22.12.2016
    AD - Pidarfur - Nightblade - AR28
    AD - Triggerfur- Templar - AR23
    DC - Zergfur - Sorcerer - AR11
    EP - Maneufur - Sorcerer - AR32
    EP - Smellfur - Nightblade - AR7
    EP - Tobleronefur - Sorcerer - AR23
    I'm really just too lazy to list the other characters.

    I do not get an error message on the Xbox One. It just stops before the Character load screen and says "Loading..."

    Timeout/You account already in game(dont exactly remember message)/An error has occured. Please wait a min.

    Yup these are the same 2 I get.
    Tried restarting the client, restarting PC, repairing the client, launching directly from the .exe, plugging in my PC... you know, the usual.

    Got booted from NA mega server while in cyrodiil. Its telling me to make sure i got a valid Internet connection. My Internet is fine. Restarted PS4 and tried again, did a hard restart and tried again, rebuilt PS4 database and reset my router and still stuck in an infinite loading screen.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno Thanks but it's pretty surprising that the issue was escalated to technical team an hour after we reported it on the forum. Don't you have any mechanic in place that alerts someone when the servers crash?

    the whole server is not crashed (at least on EU) a lot of players are still in, we are just unlucky =/

    They had been looking at it the entire time, but are just continuing to work on it. And to confirm, yes, it is not currently affecting everybody.
