Can anyone help me with my Stamblade post update?

I play on Xbox and I met a lot of people claiming that Stamblade was nerfed. I played today and I didn't hit hard at all. I'm not really mad about the nerf, but I didn't think that the class was too OP. It doesn't really matter to me anyway, I'll still play the game. I just need help with setting up my Stamina Nightblade.
Any links, full builds, or even tips are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

5 Hundings Rage
1 Molag Kena
1 Bloodspawn
(If you have Malestrom weapons use those Bow and 2h, but if not just use regular v16 weps)
3 Agility (all robust if you can) all wep dmg enchantments
All medium armor if possible
Bar 1(Bow): Relentless Focus/Mark Target, Vigor, Shuffle, Poison Injection, Dark Cloak
Bar 2(2H): Surprise Attack, Executioner, Rally, Ambush. Mass Hysteria
Try to aim for this build. It's a great pvp setup.
Sypher has a vid on it called... Stamina Nightblade 2016 or something like that.Xbox One [ NA ]

Yes it was nerfed see less Stamblades everyday ... See less stamina everyday honestly ... The changes were to much in the last patch the balance was horribly done... Some stealth changes were done have not nailed it down but damage is down much more then hardy would account for....PVP DEADWAIT

Why shuffle? Is it for the snares?

I still do also but the meta has shifted....PVP DEADWAIT
