OK, seriously. Why don't your updates auto-download in Rest Mode like every other PS4 game ever?

ESO is the only game I've played that doesn't update in Rest Mode.
it's what Rest Mode was DESIGNED FOR.
and yes, I'm whining. I specifically left my PS4 in rest mode so the update would download while I was at work. usually I turn it off completely.
got home just now, eager to play Thieves Guild.
