They've revamped the Spell Pen system apparently.
So I'm assuming this is worth putting some cp in yes?
100 spell pen ignores 100 spell resist correct?
Just curious what you guys have seen so far and how effective this is now?

Oh_Skrivva✭✭✭I'm still tinkering a bit with it. But for a in depth break down. @Asayre (a ridiculously adept mathematician) has made great break downs and formulas that explains what's best to invest Cp into. Here is his thread in tamrielfoundry.com for it
