Text missing along bottom of screen

Hi
Ive noticed that text is missing along bottom of screen when I am at banker ie cant choose guilds to search and when I press J, then text at bottom of screen to make a further selection is also missing.
Does anyone know how to restore this please?

    Are you on PC? Sure you're using the right resolution for your screen?
