Yeah but you can only get them from the campaign reward i know you can also get them from the vendor in cyrodille once a week but can you get them from something else like >TG quest or something

Every 20k AP you get a reward of the worthy mail that has a random chance for any gear type of one of the new sets. Have fun with the RNG, I'm 1.8 mil AP in and not a single jewelry piece. People are saying that there is a higher chance for jewelry from the end of campaign rewards.

I actually dont know.I have never tried to get t hem.I did get a couple of sets from troves in Hew's Bane,but I dont know if they are PvP gear.Most likely not.

They are only available in Cyrodiil.

From Rewards for the Worthy, end of campaign rewards and from the monster set vendor.
