Dragon knight dps build help needed

cleobeckley
Hi there guys. I've just started a DK stam dark elf. I need your suggestions on a dps stam build or mag if this is better! I'm currently lvl 13 with most of my attribute points in stam and health. I'm using duel wield weapons. I was wondering if someone can give me a guide to a build. I've looked online and haven't really found much. Cheers!

I also need help with gear too as I'm just using heavy mostly with some medium pieces!

I have 2 dks one is imperial and one Dumner. I would go magic while leveling all magic no health to level the skill trees (passives) then I respec at 40 to all Stam also no health I did sword and board and two hander on Stam user imperial and sword and board and resto staff on Dumner. I ran five willow Path for both and 3/4 morukulin until end game for Stam user and five willow path and 3/4 Magnus for magic user until end game for Dumner. You need the resources and sustain to level efficiently. I went infused on big pieces and divibes on small to level. Enchants would be all magic then at level 40 went all Stam on my armor glyphs for my imperial.
Sorcerna, proud beta sorc. RIP April 2014 to May 31 2016 DArk Brotherhood. Out of retirement for negates and encases. Sorcerna will be going back into retirement to be my main crafter Fall 2018. Because an 8 k shield is f ing useless. Died because of baddies on the forum. Too much qq too little pew pew. 16 AD 2 DC. 0 EP cause they bad, CP 2300 plus 18 level 50 toons. NA, PC, Grey Host#SORCLIVESMATTER actually they don’t or they wouldn’t keep getting nerfed constantly.

Stamina or magicka depends on your playstyle. If you want to feel like a warrior go stamina, if you want to feel like a badass fire mage, go magicka. For pvp stamina is better, for pve i like it more magicka, but stamina can be decent with good gear.

If you stick to stamina, you want to level 2 handed weapons, dual wield and bow. 1h and shield if you plan to tank. You can do well with crafted gear until vr16. Something like 5 pieces hundings, 3-4 pieces nightmother. Best advise for you is: find a decent guild with some veteran players (theyll probably be able to craft anything).

If you look at the armor skill lines, you will see some of the bonus require 5 pieces of 1 type for be active, so id recomend you going 5 medium - 2 heavy (in case you want to feel tankier) or 7 medium (for max stamina recovery, etc). Heavy is for tanking, light for magicka.

Id recomend you put all your atributes in stamina, so you do more dmg. Try to find blue food for your level, it gives you health and another resource. Again, being in a decent guild helps a lot with consumables.

Do you know where to put the skill points then? Sorry to be a pain haha

You want your whip and burning embers (the single target dot), after that, with time you want to get all your class abilities. Test them and learn what they do. Select magicka morphs when is time.

You need to find a destruction staff adnd equip it, so you level that skill line. There is a range atack (the 3erd skill) that will be usefull, dk is a melee only class.

Find at least too 5 pieces of light armor, you can use 1 medium and 1 heavy too, so you will level those skill lines for the future.

Check tamrielfoundry.com in the dk forums. There are buids there. Are for end game but the skills are the same, only changes gear (and not all).

or leveling as magicka try to get 5 magnus or seducer + 3 torug or similar. Again, guildmates are your friends.

I have a dk magicka build. Not the best by any means but killed blood dpawn in 95 seconds with it. I show gear, cp and skills. Youtube swirve blood spawn

When playing solo i just swap my dual wield for a resto bar with healing ward, and shields

    Skill points?
Literally, anywhere. If you think you might use something, put a point in. Skill points are everywhere.
