I could do a health regen dk video also.. I had thought about it at one point but it's mostly just 1v1 fights and slowly killing the enemy.

I am more concerned about the skill ceiling of builds than their originality. Burst mageblade with alchemist and VD is simple and binary with little variety or counterplay. The mageblade runs in, blows the same combo, and everyone under it dies instantly. About the only semblance of skill in playing burst mageblade with VD is how you manage your exit.
Don't take this personally -- it's not intended to be a reflection of your skill at all, simply the nature of burst dual wield proxy mageblade.
But I do believe there is quite a bit of room for originality in ESO in general.
Take destro/resto mageblade for instance:
I consider my staff mageblade setup to be original. Well before Imp City even hit PTS, I theorycrafted my destro/resto mageblade build, which combines the 2 Kena + 5 Magnus synergy with abilities that can be prepared before proccing Kena in order to achieve indefinite ~4500 spell damage uptime. I use Swallow Soul, which has low cost, together with Merciless Resolve, layered dots, and Meteor for both high sustained damage and high burst without stressing my magicka pool with the 2 Kena proc or having to charge up 33% extra ult.
Then you have the only other mageblade that I saw using a 100% ranged setup until very recently, @TheBull with his Blood Flow build, which is entirely different from mine while still being "destro/resto mageblade."
And the burst dual wield proxy mageblade with Vicious Death is only one variation on dw mageblade. There are other variations which don't use proxy, opting for less burst, or which don't use a gap closer, preferring to remain more stationary. There are those which use ranged dps abilities on the resto bar for reach, and those which limit themselves entirely to melee damage. There are those which use the slipperiness and windows of aggression afforded by vampirism and invisibats, and there are plain ol' humans. Some nightblades prefer to play around rocks and other terrain, and others prefer open fields (myself and Anti-Matter are examples of this, for example). Heck, simply slotting Shade adds a whole new dimension to a person's patterns of play that is lacking without that one ability. All of these variations combine with players' individual preferences to create original play styles that are interesting to watch.

So kudos man and well done! Mag NB definitely overpowered but they seem to have a necessary role in the Cyrodiil food chain. Ball group no longer apex predator. No one group or play style should be apex predator.
Different builds are possible I will be theorycrafting a mag temp tank build for thieves guild tomorrow since it is finally live for us.
I had a duel that came down to resource sustain tonight. In fact I have duels where sustain and smart play matters often. this has not been eliminated from the game despite common belief.
The issue is nobody can wtfpwn like a VD mag NB, and wtfpwning is what ppl want to do so there will be many explosions
I can tell u I'm gonna do whatever it takes to not get exploded, and hop on mag nbs hit with sweeps but not until after I let him kill that ball group

You can run quite a few different setups with nightblades; but they always play very similar.. Basically switching the gear out determines how good your solo capability is vs zerg busting capability.. For example just changing out from vicious to Magnus makes me far better in solo fights because my magicka regen doesn't suck complete ass... However I lost my bombing capability. I can still someone solo with the build if I choose to pop you with a soul tether prox combo.. But having 800 regen vs 1400 is such a huge difference.

Nightblades are super good at bombing; but a magicka dk supported by a group can be extremely nasty as well.
I'm tempted to try and do my dual bow stamina dk video.... Won't be super great solo but it might be funny to watch

I think the "skill" commentary in vd video threads is silly. In a game like this, it's not always about demonstrating superior skills or a unique build. Sometimes--or usually, depending on preference--it's about using the best tools for the job at hand and executing.
Furthermore, videos aren't only about "look at my elite demonstration of skills", they are also about "hey, I think this is entertaining, maybe you do too." People just hardcore pvp a lot on Pc, some people grind nearly 500k-1m ap a day there, especially solo with the new ap changes.

VD NBs might be perfect for picking off random n00by pugs and 1 shot them, but in 1v1 they are free AP vs any semi-serious player.1 -
