We should have guild quests like guild missions in Guild Wars 2 . Check :

Also we need a comprehensive Guild System with upgrades. Check also :

Eso will be more fun in the matter of guilds.
We should have Guild Halls also .
Of course I don't like to Copy / Paste this features but ZOS could inspire from them.
