New alliance vendor: when does it spawn?

Hey guys,

Thieves Guild launched yesterday for us XboxOne guys. I was keen to visit the new alliance vendor, the sexy Khajiit that sells undaunted shoulders and helmets, but sadly her stall was empty. Does anyone know what days she spawn? Are they the same days as on other platforms?

For me in norway it spawns as soon as saturday starts and end sometimes during monday early morning

nope it will just be there at the weekends ...absent during the week

From the Patch notes:

A new rare items merchant, Adhazabi Abo-daro the Golden, is now available!

Adhazabi will now only appear on the weekends. She will arrive at 00:00 UTC/GMT on Friday nights,
and will pack up shop at 12:00 UTC/GMT on Mondays.

I assume that this is incorrect? 00:00 UTC Friday to 12:00 UTC Monday is 3.5 days. I think it should say 00:00 UTC Saturday to 12:00 UTC Monday.
