You are going to die a lot when you venture in to pvp at first; everyone does. You were simply outplayed by someone with more pvp experience than you. Your PvE skills and build aren't necessarily relevant; you are going to have to learn a new playstyle. Also, there is no matchmaking, it's just random encounters, and Cyrodiil is full of one-skill spammers.

Next time, CC, snare and dodgeroll through him to avoid those WBs.

Go back. Find a group to run with until you start to learn what you need to do differently in pvp. Bring lots of soul gems.

I'm sorry if that sounds harsh, but I hope it illustrates the ridiculousness of posts like this one. Its like going out on a football field without wearing pads and despite never having worked out a day in your life or attended any practices, getting flattened by a seasoned linebacker, then saying "football is such a *** sport". Maybe the problem isn't with the game, maybe the problem is that you weren't prepared to play it successfully.

You got wrecked (literally) your first time into PvP... just like every other person who has ever played this game.... you need to practice.

Snares dont work, tried them already, heck repeatedly sometimes and yes the kind that last through damage.
Oh and if theres no matchmaking that means theres no balance whatsoever cause everyone can easily be murdered by someone who has the skill; no life' to raise their level and gear to the max. Not that i give a *** about that because i too have a char that im deep into the story with (a nb shadow oriented archer).

My problem is with mechanics that have no counterplay, im not a *** imbecile and not a 'noob' either. In fact most to all competitive games i used to play ive always been on top of the game with things like frame data/timing and understanding of mechanics' heck i was a top pvper in ultima online (that game had the type of proper pvp we havent seen in decennia anymore) to begin with for years, used to duel with people like dinoz in SCIII and IV, was high gold elo in league S2 and so on.

As far as ESO goes i have plenty of understanding of what is viable and what isnt, explain to me then how the *** you deal with someone spamming *** wrecking blow indefinately, that has zilch to do with skill. Its obnoxious and toxic to any and all expectation of this 'competitive' laughingstock. I can dodge that *** for a while untill my stamina is gone wich is after 3 blocks against it because the rolling took away 3/4th of my stamina already. And even if i did have stamina to block it it still is equally obnoxious to deal with.

So i need a whole team to deal with ONE *** wrecking blow spammer? Great game man! (besides we had a 4 man team and we all got killed by that SINGLE wrecking blow spammer so gtfo)

Besides, the 'meta' seems to be excruciatingly narrow on eso. Why are there so much skills available if all we need is #%(& shadow *** and wrecking blow to 'compete'.. better delete them all.

Ever thought of the possibillity i might not WANT shadow clown/cloak/veil/noose on a character because i already have other skills on him that i cant switch out or it would hurt my build?

C: Gear up ( do not blame balance if you use white and green stuff you picked up, heck I bet after the 3rd death you didn't repair your gear did you? Guess what the durability was down so it got easier to kill you each time ) Relax ( it's a game, have fun ) E: Let your brother read this and ask him if he agrees with you or with what has been said. F: use your lvl 30 AD to practice with your brother to hone both your skills G: I already said this before & I'll say it again use food... When I first tried PVP I died a lot, but I kept at it. I changed some skills and some champion points around, and adjusted my play style. Now I kill more then I die.
You can't fight other people as easily as NPC's. It just takes practice. Learn from your mistakes and run right back into the fight.

A: *** the meta, im not using "the right morphs' whatever they are im using morpsh that correspond and resonate with the build im making.
B: No im not a heavy armor using character on my dualwield spellsword but a medium armor using character but ill be incorporating some light pieces because im going glass cannon damage with traps and other proximity covering explosion generating skills such as caltrops and the magic mines. The reason i have dualwield is for blade cloak and the bouncing throwing dagger.
C: I give 0 *** about competition, i just expect balance. Winning to me has never been the goal, the goal is to relax. And sabotage by unbalanced warblegarble never relaxes.
D - Z: Pvp in eso is *** and i will treat it like *** from now on focussing wholly on flushing *** by laying minefields caltrops and other garbage everywhere on the screen and then running away.

Wtf is your actual build, what class, armour and weapons do you use, sounds like a L2P issue as well as build issue.

Just because something works in Pve doesn't mean it will work in pvp. You could literally run around naked in pve and still complete it.

Pvp is an entirely different story.
