Missing Wayshrines

I've traveled around Davon's Watch and used many of the wayshrines. When I travel somewhere else and try to go back there are no DW wayshrines even listed on the menu. If I click on "Tamriel" it shows plenty of wayshrines, but none in DW. I've been reduced to fast traveling to Bleakrock Isle, then catching a slow boat back.

What the heck am I doing wrong?

    The menu lists regions. Look for Stonefalls.
