Where is he during Escort Chief Bazrag to safety quest?

    Save Chief Bazrag from the Vosh Rakh occupying Fharun Stronghold.

    No screenshots found on google but hope you have a bit more info now.

    That quest what you are doing is part of main quest http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Chief_Bazrag
    you have to do certain quests before you are able to do it.

    He's in the underground prison. During that quest you will find out where the entrance to the prison is by spying on the Vosh Rakh.
