Not making it to the character selection screen, stuck loading

Tried to log in but I get stuck on the loading screen and I don't even get to the character selection screen, is any one else experiencing this?

DalguardSoul ShrivenHaving the same problem.
I ran into a similar issue before the patch but fixed it by changing some of the graphic settings. For example the shadow quality had to be on high else I would always be stuck in the load screen.
This time however, nothing seems to work and I think I've tried all possible settings.0
