Eso web page says Xbox release for thieves guild is today, anyone know when it's going live, I'm logged in and there's nothing yet in the uk

Servers are going offline at 10am (gmt) for TG. it does say at top of page.

Usually between 3 and 5pm it's up for downloading

Awesome, and the latest patch notes with changes to champ points / skills etc? Do they go up afterwards?

They go up just before they'd live. You can look at the PC ones from a few weeks back though. Pretty much identical except for a few platform specific differences.
