✭✭Yeah so let's say my Critical Rush says 2000 Damage and my Crit Damage multiplier is 1.5x.
When I cast it on an enemy, it'll do (2000 * 1.5) = 3000 Damage, not including damage mitigation from CP/Armor/Spell Resistance.
But when you do cast it on someone who has a damage shield, it'll just hit for stated tooltip damage, unless I'm wrong of course and there's some other factors.0
