The guild holding the keep and emp is a guild we have beef with. We've told Elong and his friends in the past we would avoid stacking with them whenever possible, as obviously having 50+ organized DC in one area is crazy overkill and is stupid. Said guild was farming Chalman for a massive tick. We actually went up there because we were told it was going to fall, we went to ensure it would not. Once it was safe we decided leaving and allowing them to take the Dtick all for themselves simply would not do.
I offered several times, that if EP would back off and let us get the tick, we would leave the keep and stop stacking so hard. They responded by suiciding every 30-50 seconds to make sure the tick would not go off. So I stayed until we got the tick and than left. Salt ensued.
The hypocrisy, and my salt, highlighted in bold, as per my signature.

Firstly I'm sober, it's early, I'm not worried about making an idiot of myself, and if we'd won I would be just as "salty" because it was the instance of you arriving that annoyed me. Trying to take the keep was godamn awful, no fun at all, could have made more than that 20k tick doing something else, it was all about the dethrone by the end of it.
Now we've got the petty crap out the way, let's deal with the situation at hand. You don't like me being pedantic, because it exposes your flawed excuses. Just simply stop making excuses up for your guild, we ride alongside Pact all the time, they're a great bunch of people and I would play with them every day if I didn't play with Haxus. Using Jules emperorship as an example, that night at Chalman we had Haxus, Invictus, Pact Militia, and Blood for the Pact all there defending. Even though Haxus asked nicely for players to head out and hit BRK, most wanted to stay to hold on to the Emperorship; be it for the AP or just wanting to support a fellow EP, players stayed. I will say though, EP doesn’t have the inter-faction drama that DC seems to have, if we do, it’s very minor. I don’t blame VE or CN for stacking in Chalman, for whatever reasons.
The only way to counter the stacking behavior is to add more objectives to holding onto and acquiring emperor. I was hoping when Imperial City was released that the districts would be required to obtain the throne and you’d have to hold onto 1 district and 1 keep to continue your reign.

I stopped going to TF because unlike you guys, I dont practice and care for playing in lag. But I did notice that you said EP was "suiciding" at chal? Now, dont be a salty ass hat and then call EP salty wheh its obvious pugs dont actually say "hey lets go suicide at Chal on purpose." Even the thread title is an implication that yall are butt hurt about something. 22k tick? So the entire EP faction in one place on Had did not cause horrible fps and ping? Seriously that was one of the saddest thing I have seen in a while. We afk rammed Arrius and Farragut with four people on a pop locked server. Meanwhile the entire ep faction was in one place. Yes, it was the last keep AD needed to get EMP. Saddest thing you say? We as a faction would rather farm AD and DC at the last EMP keep and let the people who didnt wanna get farmed take our scrolls without real organized resistance because if you guys got EMP, you would have taken the scrolls anyways. The guild holding the keep and emp is a guild we have beef with. We've told Elong and his friends in the past we would avoid stacking with them whenever possible, as obviously having 50+ organized DC in one area is crazy overkill and is stupid. Said guild was farming Chalman for a massive tick. We actually went up there because we were told it was going to fall, we went to ensure it would not. Once it was safe we decided leaving and allowing them to take the Dtick all for themselves simply would not do.
I offered several times, that if EP would back off and let us get the tick, we would leave the keep and stop stacking so hard. They responded by suiciding every 30-50 seconds to make sure the tick would not go off. So I stayed until we got the tick and than left. Salt ensued.
I stopped going to TF because unlike you guys, I dont practice and care for playing in lag. But I did notice that you said EP was "suiciding" at chal? Now, dont be a salty ass hat and then call EP salty wheh its obvious pugs dont actually say "hey lets go suicide at Chal on purpose." Even the thread title is an implication that yall are butt hurt about something. 22k tick? Lol we got 35k at Ales from DC in Haddy yet we are not posting a thread about it.
So the entire EP faction in one place on Had did not cause horrible fps and ping? Seriously that was one of the saddest thing I have seen in a while. We afk rammed Arrius and Farragut with four people on a pop locked server. Meanwhile the entire ep faction was in one place. Edit: The only lag I experienced was audio being cut out. It was not unbearable

Umm it was the last emp keep because all of EP sat there. In the time it took the brilliant strategists of the pack to take Aleswell AD took Roe, Ash, BRK, Glade, Arrius, and Chalman.

@Elong notice the date on the steve quote you keep plastering over and over? Last patch bro. You want honesty? I couldn't give a flying eff right now about the map because wrobel/wheeler made cyrodiil about farming AP with their asinine ideas for itemization and their asinine RNG reward system. 1.7 mil AP and not a single jewelry piece? Yeah, sorry, I'm farming AP until I have the sets I need.
Furthermore, the entire meta is now to stack at a single objective. The name of the game (tragically, and quite unfortunately) is farming AP. Objective play is ruined, utterly and completely. I've yelled at bulb a few times to forget that ash just burst and stay at the bridge because THAT is now the objective.
I don't know what reality you're living in, but gone are the days when a group of 20 can push the front lines by themselves and take a defended keep while outnumbered. You can get in and farm, and that's been our MO of late, but you can't take the keep. Most of us have been on the forums saying how moronic this meta is; if anything we should be the last people you're getting salty at because we fought so hard for it to NOT come to this.
We got a 21.7k tick at chalman about 10 hours before the one this thread is about. It was early afternoon, I was with 2 other VE guys, and we went to chal because that was where the fight is (again, see above where I point out that this meta typically has a single effing fight where everyone congregates). I didn't even know there was an emp until someone asked books why he had so much HP and we realized it was emp buff. I wasn't there in the afternoon to defend the scroll's emp, I was there to get quick AP because that's the only goal at the moment. I'm just as ticked off about what pvp has boiled down to in this patch as you are, yet you're salty at us instead of wheeler/wrobel? As people have pointed out, even though I wasn't there, it sounds like most of the salt is coming from the fact that you guys wanted the tick as well, because, you're all after AP too because that's what everyone is after with this stupid RNG mail crap.
Edit: as for the stacking, regardless of alliance, I always found it amazeballs when people get angry that so and so is stacking and they're saying that literally as they have 3+ raids trying to assault/defend. What i dont understand is DC wins by sheer numbers other than your raid. If they dont appreciate your guild why not switch back to EP for the rest of the campaign. I would much rather see them win and that emperor not get crowned again.
It is hilarious to get tells from other DC how bad we are when without VE dC would be a joke.
You went to DC for more AP and more fights if i recall. Well mission accomplished. There is a crap ton of squishy bandwagoners in that faction.

I'd say about half (maybe more) of VE are now native DC. I still have a v2 red from back when we entertained the idea of just fighting ourselves red v blue, but until vet levels are removed... I ain't grinding that ***.
Red wasn't too fond of the old VE guys the moment they went blue and started to win.
Besides of which, we get along with harlocke, they let a few of our guys run in off-raid hours in their groups at times. CN has beef with BOTH guilds.0 -

Apparently what passes for proper ethics in ESO is that only one faction is allowed to stack 50+ at a given spot. It takes two to tango. I played on my EP last night. There was talk of taking Chalman and in zone chat it was said by numerous people that it would have to be "a faction-wide effort." Yes, because half the DC faction just loves to farm EP there. The map is 90% useless, funnels players into fighting over the same 6-7 spots, has no AoE caps, and has mechanics that (still) favors organized tightly packed raids. Surprise! Go ahead and keep asking people not to stack. Might as well ask teenagers to practice abstinence..
It might be an act of selflessness for a DC to voluntarily leave the one place on the map where there is action, that one place where a huge windfall of AP is to be had, that same place where competitive juices are flowing, to turn the other cheek and ignore the the fact that the very people who keep whispering "F%^& off you piece of S*&# zerg-baddies" have just as many stacked there. But to expect and demand that such an path be taken is ridiculous. I would not leave because I am a competitive person and if I'm fighting at a keep for more than 15 minutes, let alone 3+ hours, I am going to see the end of it because I want to win and I would not begrudge my opponent for doing the same.Make Rush of Agony "Monsters only." People should not be consecutively crowd controlled in a PvP setting. Period.3 -
