The 'y + b' feeding prompt appears, but it won't let us actually feed off other players in cyrodiil.
C'MON!
To crouch and go hidden and creep around behind the PLAYER of the enemy alliance, AND get to whisper-in-their-ear distance without a gap closer, AND remain undetected by any of the target's allies, DESERVES to be rewarded with the sight of that enemy screeching as the blood is wrenched from them.
C'mon Zeni! You could add some items to the achievements list. You could use the sip of health graphic for blood trophies from the various alliance ranks, add a new color - like a bright red - for draining an enemy emperor, all sorts of stuff.
But... You gotta follow through on being able to feed on enemy players! C'mon!
