Suggestion for Healing Ritual (Templar skill).

Some random "it would be nice to have" thought i just had:

Healing Ritual:
Casting Time: Instant
Cost: Normal
Radius: 10M around player.
Duration: 20 seconds.
Effect:
Heal Target(s) for 1/2/3/4% Max Health every 2 seconds.

Lingering Ritual:
Casting Time: Instant
Cost: High
Radius: 10M around player.
Duration: 20 seconds.
Effect:
Heal Target(s) for 4% Max Health every 1.75/1.5/1.25/1 second.

Ritual of Rebirth:
Casting Time: 20/17/14/10 seconds.
Cost: Normal
Radius: Self
Effect:
Heal the player for 100% of his/ her max health.
Mending-The-Wounded, Aldmeri Dominion, Templar.

    I'm generally in favour of changing healing ritual to a more usefull skill. But i don't think your ideas are good.
    The base morph and lingering ritual are very close to extended ritual (with the difference that extended ritual also removes negative effects).

    Ritual of Rebirth would just be a very worse form of the current ritual of rebirth. It aready heals most people for nearly max health (I get 25-30k crit heals for everyone next to me), but the main problem is that combat in eso is so fast, that heals need to be instant.

    Idea wasn't really focused on Magicka Templars / normal healers, as they can easily outheal 4% max health a second.
    Its for those non-magicka types... or heavy health types, the people who can't heal themselves well because of low magicka/ spell power.

    Same for Ritual of Rebirth
    Its meant for the guys who couldn't heal themselves to full in less than 6 seconds.
    Could potentially half the casting time, but i though that it should be fair for enemies to be able to knock the player out of his casting animation.

    GDB has secondary effects, besides healing.
    Could also add something extra to the skills besides healing, which would play in sync with the effect.

    Healing Ritual + Lingering Ritual:
    While Slotted, increase max health by 10%.

    Ritual of Rebirth:
    While Slotted, Increase max health by 25/50/75/100%.
    While Slotted, Decrease Weapon and Spell power by 20/40/60/80%.
    While Slotted, Increase Taunt Duration by 15/30/45/60%.
