You know what my favorite part of eso is?

There's no rush.

I spent 6 years playing WoW, and everything was always a rush. Rush to max level, rush through dungeons, rush through dailies, rush through professions, rush through raids.

I'm lounging around today as it snows (yeah it's snowing in Maryland in the middle of March xD) and now that I only play ESO, I have no urge that I *have* to play or I'll get behind. It's great. I can play a round of hearthstone, read, draw, etc. without the subconscious feeling of "I should be doing my dailies right now"

Definitely a plus side to how slow and relaxed ESO is. I was worried that turning ES into an mmo would take away the relaxed aspect of the games, but definitely still here.

I'm with you.I play all day,cos I can,but I stop to bake a loaf of bread,or fix and eat lunch.Whatever.I dont feel that if I leave the game for a moment I'll lose out on something.
Know what else I love about ESO?
That I never feel alone.Even when I dont see anyone for a while,I know they are there.I love when I go into Vulkhel Guard and see everyone running all over.Same with Hew's Bane.Although since the trove nerf,I a lot of them seem to be gone.
Ive played a lot of MMOs and never used to think of the other players, but ESO makes them feel important.I dont know how to say it.

At some point I realized that even if I would have no responsibilities and could play all day and would not have to sleep at all, I would not have enough time to play all what I would want to play - pretty depressing at first - but then I thought, if it is that way, that I could not do that even if all I would do would be playing, then I will select very careful what I play in that amount of time which I actually have for gaming. There is no time for BS, it have to focus on a few quality games and I want them to function properly. And here is the problem with ESO somewhat - on one side it is an awesome game and well made, but on the other side, that what is not well made is just there forever, there is no real genuine effort in getting this stuff fixed.

This is a mentality which eats on my patience and drains my love for ESO - and just like lovers can grow to a point, where they just have enough and have to part, this could happen with ESO at some point in future as well. I do not want that to happen and so far I love the game and have fun - but I have as well this bad feeling in me, that I support a business with my money, which does not care about quality assurance - and it is so strange, graphics, landscape design, architecture all top notch, and on the other side this lack of quality in other areas, like a proper working DLC with a few minor bugs to still fix - but what did we get, a DLC which did not even let us log in - the very basic function, to be able to login did not work - then the 64 bit client, did no one test it before release, these pink stuff is hard to not notice - well it is hard if no one has tested it of course.

I would like to stay with ESO for years to come, but if I will be able to cope with this mentality and lack of quality assurance for long is questionable, especially when long lasting bugs do not get addressed - there is no excuse for that, this is just bad business. It will definitely bother me and bother me and bother me - until I will just have to say "stop loss" for my own good.

My favorite thing about ESO is, first person combat in an MMO (games like WoW, you don't see your weapons infront of you, or even feel like you're holding them). And the fact the UI looks like Skyrim.

I've always been a sucker for the lore. Coming across a book in the wild and reading/collecting it is one of my guilty pleasures. I have fond memories of coming across my very first ingame book in Morrrowind (The Wraith's Wedding Dowry) and knowing then and there that I had to find every book ingame. The fact that my first book had an Orc heroine was pure serendipity.

So seeing my Orc parked in front of someone's bookcase is a common occurrence.

Just because someone has an opinion that's different I guess we need to have a "there's the door just leave" mentality. I don't think the comment was meant to be negative as much as a commentary on how this patch has had a very negative impact on the game from a technical standpoint. Like the rest of us he's probably just waiting for it to get fixed.

Love this because it makes me feel better about how slow I move with ESO. I have made 50+ characters since launch on Xbox One (would have been more if deletes didn't take 24 hours to come back during my first few months of playing) and have had only 1 character reach VR4. Drives my friend nuts because he likes to rush but I like to take my time, experiment, and enjoy the quests.

I see many comments about how this game is "not fun" and "its dying" and "it sucks". While they are entitled to their opinion and I will not deny them that. I am also entitled to my opinion and if they don't enjoy the game anymore then it is my opinion that they should do themselves a favor and leave. Im not waiting for a fix because I am not really having any issues. In fact I have less issues now than I did before the TG patch.

That's great that it's working better than ever for you but not everyone is having that experience. I agree some of the posts are the exact opposite of constructive criticism but you are seeing so many of them because there are still a lot of technical issues with the game.

Staying on topic though the thing I like most about eso is the crafting. Some of the later research takes way too long but other than that I have a great time making new weapons, armor, food, and potions.
