Sometimes people with low level charater in zones like hte rift are us rpers, or those going for vampirism/lycanthropy.Conquistador wrote: »First of all, thank you for this Thieves' Guild DLC. I love how everyone that finishes the story can wander as they please at VR01. Not only do they rely on you to help them kill enemies, they sit there and wait for it to happen, cutting your XP per kill.
Secondly, I love how you can buy crownstore xp scrolls that give a bonus xp, which gets nullied by 2 or more in a group. I get that. What I do not get is why I get penalised for some random idiot leeching your damage to get kills. It's sad.
I know I could quest. The problem is I think the quest system is utterly disgusting in the manner that I have to play through Cadwell's Silver and Gold content to level up. If I wanted to play the Aldmeri story, I would have made an AD character. Same goes for DC and EP. I realise that it was created just to pad the lack of overall content. I really do understand that. In this game, you have 3 grind zones or so that have become popular because they are the only way you can reach a certain level without having to do the story missions (Do not get me wrong, I enjoyed them, but once/ twice is enough).
Having said THAT, you people seem to "nerf" these locations to high heaven, which is kind of stupid because now everyone and their mother's mothers are going to the last few spots. Why not just remove them all completely? It's kind of sad to see low level characters invading higher level zones just because they can. Also, the amount of bots in this game is grotesque.
Why have bonuses for xp if I can't properly utilise it? The idea of the potion is to put a maximum effort into getting each drop of it as beneficial.

The quests are so boring and repetitive it might as well be grindingCan someone tell me the name of a GOOD mmo that requires no grinding?
I think that eso is the only (or one of the very few) mmo that rewards you a lot with quests, whereas others just have them for loot or minimum reward.
So yep, you need to grind in order to reach endgame performance.
You can also complete 90% of game content without grinding so if you want to just have fun you don't have to
Omg this 1000% the quest in this game ate so boring.FloppyFrank wrote: »The quests are so boring and repetitive it might as well be grindingCan someone tell me the name of a GOOD mmo that requires no grinding?

If you want to grind, get yourself some XP pots or scrolls...
