Are there any V16 leveled staves that are considered rare and worth searching for? Basically, I'd like a better Inferno Staff- but I'm not too keen on the Maelstom Staff. I'm looking for a single staff (not part of a set).
The Fighter's Guild has a V16 Prismatic Inferno Staff that you can get if you wait to finish the questline as a V16. I know there's a V14 Healing Staff of Tharn that has a multi-enchanted effect as well.

✭✭✭✭✭Maybe its just for collection value and uniqueness? Because stat-wise there's no better option than crafted nirnhoned staff or Maelstrom inferno.
Then vr16 staff of Prophet (if you grind a char to vr16 without finishing main quest) would also count. It has unique design as well.

When you finish the main quest you can get a healing staff with a unique desigen, depending on your choices during the quest.0 -

What is the Staff of Prophet?
The staff from the main quest, if you choose Prophet guy. It doesnt have any decent stats, and I think the trait is bad, but its rare. I thought you were asking about rare items, no BiS. Because your vr16 prismatic staff only has collection value. The same enchant can be made with Hakeijo rune, and the set is junk.
