Windows 10 Lag problem

Hello everyone, I recently updated my operating system to Windows 10 , Immediately I've noticed some problems in the game.
When I start ESO, during the character selection screen the game is tremendously laggy and I fix it by going to my desktop screen and back to ESO ...
Same thing happens in the game, randomly, the game becomes laggy and I fix it, returning Desktop leaving running the game.
Have you any solution?

Windows key and Ctrl-Alt-Del resolve the problem!

✭✭Try running the game in Windowed Fullscreen if you currently use Full Screen, or vice versa, try Fullscreen if you're currently in Windowed Fullscreen.
When Alt-Tab:ing out of the game, or Windows Key rather, since I have to mouse click the desktop to stay there when Alt-Tab:ing in Windows 10 it seems, I had an extremely slow and sluggish desktop, particularly when entering text in TS3 chat.
By going to Windowed Fullscreen, this was solved. I now change to Windowed Full if I need to write something in TS3 then back again.
