Health desync against sorcs (lightning staff)

Hello everyone,
since I duel a lot I have noticed a high chance of getting a health desync while fighting mana sorcs who use a lightning staff. I'm not talking about that finisher that is caused by shock dmg, my health often drops from 70-80% to 0 by a crushing shock and in the death recap I don't see any dmg that would have killed me. After getting a ress or respawning my health stucks at around 70% until I relog. I don't have this issues against sorcs who use a fire or froststaff, only against a lightning staff. Other people in my guild have the same issues and I'm pretty sure that this is not working as intended. I'm not sure if this can also happen if you fight another class with a lightning staff. Can you please take a look at this @ZOS?

✭✭✭Lightning staff in general is kind of messed up. Mechanically it's incapable of medium weaving (not fun...intended probably, but still annoying) and if you pay close attention to the timing of the weaves it has a slight delay in both the light attacks and the Pulsar attacks. Yeah here is whats wrong with it: they haven't nerfed it enough as people are still using it so it is not working as intended just because of that
