Please give us our defense AP Tick over time

As you can read in the title: Give us our AP for defending keeps or ressources over time and not at once in the end of siege / battle / capturing. The bad situation regarding high latency is a bit annoying. So give every 10minutes our defense tick sth. like that. And in the End of a battle / siege final ap reward (not only at resource points). It could be at conflict points open field fights.

    they do need to rework this waiting around a keep for a tick, breaks the whole flow of combat, if you took part in the battle you should get your tick, even if you have moved out to take back a resource, the waiting just messes with the flow and it's a bummer over all.

    i have always hated it when i lead raid, and half of my folks stay at keep to "defend if they come back" or they "reparing" already repaired wall

    A tick every x minutes would be much better than what we have now. It would keep combat flowing instead of waiting around for a tick, and greatly reduce tick leeching, either the deliberate kind or the inadvertent. You should get AP based on your participation during the length of the battle, not because you were there 2 minutes after the battle ended.

    Patch notes: made defensive and attack AP ticks over time.
    sideeffects: increased latency by 100 and increased latency by 800 during prime time
    troubleshoot: try to reboot your router and repair the game, make sure to disable all add ons

    I think it's because of the way the game determines when a battle is over. There has to be no fighting within a certain radius of something defend-able for a certain amount of time for the defend-able thing to be considered defended.

    It is because finally a siege can be succesful or not. And we put so much effort into defend a keep and loose it because of high latency or overnumbered army. So I am asking you: Why we shouldn't be rewarded for our defense efforts over time and not only in the end of a siege/battle? since Patch siege weapons are strongly implemented into fights. Eventually our fight for the ressources at Lumbermill Arrius, Farm Chalman, Mine Ash, Farm Roebeck, Aleswell Farm, etc. last for at least 10 minutes.

    So why not every 2 minutes a tick of 20% whole tick.

    Simple, the AP goes to the victor. Why should a fight that takes potentially hours not reward the attackers who finally take the keep? constant ticks for the defenders mean when those flags flip guess what the winning side received, absolutely nothing. Now do defensive ticks need to be reworked so the 50 leeches who show up after the fight get nothing? absolutely

    This would also be ANOTHER reason for the night cappers....day cappers...and euro/oceanic to cap campaigns and do nothing but sit and defend and fall back all prime time.

    There is enough of this already going on. Don't give them another reason.
