But they can't/won't talk to their community about their broken game. Popular forum topics get "moved" to obscure sub groups because they know the thread will die faster. Even eso live questions are hand-picked for their own convenience and are never any hot topics. I honestly have been a staunch supporter of this game until very recently. All the problems are getting ridiculous.
I believe Rich said in the interview about listening to their "player base"... so why are you assuming that you're part of the player base? You're a player sure, but only ZOS knows who are part of the 'base' or not and usually the base is the majority of players. So whatever the majority of players are playing are the ones ZOS listens to, not the minority. Just to clarify.
