Don't listen to that other guy, the Wiki is not a good source as its pretty much fan-made, You can try the USEP for this sort of lore or the Imperial Library or you can even try TESlore Reddit which is a site where many aspiring Loremasters argue amonst them selves about the deepest aspects of ES lore and sometimes even the guy who wrote a large portion of it shows up there, much of this I have dissected and is the simplest way to explain it as it should be obvious..Go ask any "competent" person on ES lore and they will tell you that the dragonborn is infact a Dragon in Human form, Paarthurnax ingame even mentions the Dragonborn as being a Dragon, its the first thing he says when he asks you to shout fire at him as he says this is how 2 Dov meet.@TX12001rwb17_ESO You started sounding crazy ...and then you made sense. I'd like to see your sources: texts, accounts, references, testimony, anything.
I'm trying to resist giving my theory on the Dragonborn, so much right now.... but it would derail the thread too much.TX12001rwb17_ESO wrote: »Go ask any "competent" person on ES lore and they will tell you that the dragonborn is infact a Dragon in Human form, Paarthurnax ingame even mentions the Dragonborn as being a Dragon, its the first thing he says when he asks you to shout fire at him as he says this is how 2 Dov meet.

True dragons don't actually breed. They're like daedra, they just sort of appear from the aether.Dragons in this timeline (2E 582 and onwards) has been driven into hiding after the aftermath of the Dragon War in the Merethic Era. Alduin was banished in a time wound and ended up in the fourth era, and the rest of the dragons where either killed or driven into hiding (such as Paarthurnax). So there aren't actually any dragons to spawn baby dragons from, and as such no base in the lore to have any dragon pets either.
