Veteran Eso player with some things that need to be said.

I'am very confused on the lack or responsibility that Zos is willing to take. With the constant patches that are being pushed out at such a slow rate and when they go live there are more bugs then before. When other veteran players are trying to help by posting things on the forums about said problems and either the threads are removed or the players. Zos customer service has to be one of the worst I personally have ever dealt with. Bug after bug after bugs that are being over looked and allowing to still stay in the game and ruin all player experience...whether it be PVP or PVE. Before when I and many other PVP players thought this game was more PVE focused I'am now seeing more and more PVE players moving on from ESO. I agree this game should appeal to the mass..so I not on here QQ about fixes to PVP. That is a topic we all can read about from numerous threads in the PVP section. I'am here to speak up for the mass that I know feel the same as I do. ZOS you need to fix this game or it will go down being one of the games I personally think had potential to be the best MMO I ever played. You also need better communication with your player base. When you screw up tell us about it, dont wait till we bring it up 100 times before you acknowledge there is an issue. Give us a plan on which you are going to fix the problem...give us some answers. At the end of the day ZOS this is a business but without customers there can be no business.

If you want I can post a whole list of all the problems with this game but all you have to do is go to the areas and they will all be listed for you.

    Just saying.
Zeni will reply to specific stuff. They already tried saying "No ETA" and "We're working on that" but they achieved nothing besides making a meme, so they will only reply from now on when they actually have something to say. and they usually do so in teh ESO Lives or any other thing. of course, when the problem is brought nicely and not as a mindless wave of "fix pvp" in twitch chat that do nothing other than block actual questions from being read.

if you want to make this the thread to people to come in and specifically point out issues they have, by all means. Simply move this to teh designated area in the forums, eventually.

From both a PVE and PVP perspective, the state of 2.3 at launch was unacceptable. IMO, it is unethical to push a very broken patch out.

While it is true bugs are part of software development and will sometimes slip through QA, those who tested 2.3 can confirm ZOS was well aware of the technical issues and pushed it out anyway.

Consider how many of our collective hours ZOS wasted. Probably tens of thousands. Possibly hundreds of thousands. For this patch alone. If they were held financially liable for that, Cal Ripken Jr would have to live out of a motel. :p

From a PVP perspective, ESO 2.2 was also an extremely buggy update. Most of the PVP bugs introduced in 2.2 have not yet been fixed. ZOS won't even acknowledge most bugs publicly. Not that PVP has *ever* worked the way it should.

I continue to play ESO because I am invested socially, but I will not buy new Zenimax products out of principle. I hope everyone who is frustrated by how ESO has been managed will be wary of Zenimax in the future.

I really dislike the way you arrogantly refer to yourself and friends as "veteran" and "veteran players" as if:

    1. The game has even been out for that long.
    2. Your opinion holds some sort of extra value.
    3. Zenimax must listen to you.
    4. You're any good at the game.

I'm pretty sure there have been SEVERAL issues and problems that we players have never heard of that were swiftly dealt with by ZOS. Give them some damn credit its not easy to do what they're doing.

Some of you think they leave problems out there on purpose because they're busy playing monopoly at the office.

Ever thought that some problems are difficult to deal with and that there is no magic wand to fix it at your demand.

Sick of these complaints threads that are open letters to ZOS as oppose to GENERAL DISCUSSION.

If you are so incredibly dissatisfied, why continue playing?
Also, there are as whole ton of us "veteran players" who think the game is fine, albeit with some problems.Which differ for each person.

The game has never worked properly since PC launch. From combat to lag. From broken skills to rubbish itemization. Although there is fun to be had here, there is plenty wrong with the game and yet players are still playing. It's a fine line between what the devs can get away with(quality) and how much money can be squeezed from a brand. Zos doesn't need to accept responsibility for anything really. It's we as gamers that can accept that this game doesn't live up to our expectations and leave or accept the game for what it is. After all it's the closest thing to an Elder Scrolls game we can play with others.

If that is true, you have a pretty limited life experience.

I posted in the Microsoft forums 20 years ago complaining about Windows '95 and that SOB still hasn't had the G-D common courtesy to reply noooor esplain hisself!!!

This is just called ignorance- if you can't see the increasing trend of dev slack in this game.

This game is not fine lorewise (I suggest you use www.google.com to find some information- self education is a good thing), not fine performance-wise and the only thing it achieved so far- an increase in content in the form of a SINGLE PLAYER grindstorm arena and 1 new trial (the trial is good, nothing bad to point out there).

Since when being okay with ridiculous stuff is something to be proud of?

Zeni will reply to what they perceive is legally convenient to them. Plain and simple. All and all not "all" they perceive as convenient is as legal as they think. #1 Such as removing any post describing such since in turn whether be it online or in life is held accountable. EVEN removing posts as these as they can be reviewed legally as negligence which in turn can facilitate the loss of any legal encounter they have.

i/e: "If your business entity had no obligation by law or so said in your Terms Of Agreement then why was any incriminating or relevant information withheld and/or removed from the public view".

So in short, whether it is brought up "nicely" or in any "unlikable" manner that they perceive they are obligated as a business entity to address it or further more in the case they do not are susceptible to the outcomes of not doing so legally.

Oh and yes ZoS this is not I discussing legal matters on the forums but rather commenting on a thread with relevancy. Please refer to #1.

I dont know which server you are play on but since december last year i have see more new people come to and people come back to ESO and the are happy to see what have happen to game since it was release.

If you think this game have bug now you should have been here those 1st day of the release then we are talk about bug which we who was in beta have been report since day 1 of beta and the was not still fix we have quest not working, gfx glitcher, NPC/quest mobs not respawn, quest boss was unkillable.

I would say this game is alot better status now in it was back in 2014 also ESO is not the only MMO out there that have bugs when new content get release most MMO do still have bugs when them get release so it is nothing new.

Just take SWTOR the are few bug that still have not got fix which have been there for long time.
