The forums of most games are full of complaints. You can easily tell the ones that are trying to improve the game from the ones that are so maddened that they rant without suggestion. Those that are enjoying the game are IN the game having fun. No one says, "I'm having fun! I'm going to log out and post something on the forums." It's always those who rage quit and want to vent.
I enjoy the game. Cyrodiil frustrates me from time to time but I play some other aspect of the game, when it's bad. I usually file a bug report in game as part of my vent. I'm having a blast playing. I enjoy the changes in the game from time to time. I would be boring if it didn't. Analying, adapting and overcoming is the best way to play. QQ rage quit isn't.
By the way I didn't leave the game to post this. I'm on break.FIGHT ON!
Honestly, I love this game and have been playing obsessively for almost a year now and have no plans to stop. Sure I get frustrated with the occasional bugs, but overall I think the game is awesome and I know that ZOS is doing its best to try and fix as many as they can narrow down. Digging through miles and miles of code cannot be easy, so I definitely give them the benefit of the doubt. I also understand that ZOS is a business and they also need to focus on generating revenue, so some of their decisions are based solely upon 'business decisions'.
I know my comments can be occasionally sarcastic and blunt, but that doesn't mean I don't support ZOS and ESO. I think recent negative comments and videos were awful and uncalled for. It is one thing to have a civil disagreement, but something else to denigrate into personal attacks. If there is something I don't like or agree with, I'll say it, sometimes too bluntly, but that's because I care.
So with that I want to personally thank... @ZOS_GinaBruno , @ZOS_JessicaFolsom , @Wrobel , @ZOS_RichLambert , and @ZOS_MattFiror for all their hard work and efforts at bringing us and continuing to bring us such an awesome game!!

How bout some Dandy Lions?

I get mad because of huge FPS drops and high latency as well as because my race sucks but I believe that challenges are meant to be beaten and this is as much for players as it's for the developers. I do my best to overcome them and I want to believe the company too, as long as they're willing to listen to us like we listen to each other when the matter is knowledge.
You can do it! My suggestion: try to be more transparent, it's going to be a very good start

Most detailed and expansive world I have seen in a long time especially the detail. I really feel like I am running through a forest when I'm in the forests etc...
For me, this is the most engaging and detailed story/quest lines I have seen in a long time.
Sometimes the thunder claps make me jump out of my chair.

Everything voice acted, lots of interesting stories and side stories, graphics are amazing, i adore the artstyle of the game that leans more to realism than cartoonish which so many mmos tend to do these days. The combat is fantastic, not just stand and mash buttons but instead active combat with constant movement.
And the best part is blocking. As a tank I can actually use my shield to block when I choose to block rather than having a % chance to block. Tanking has never been more fun than in ESO.

The positive? Well, I returned, didn't I? After 1 year or so off, I returned to ESO. Either I'm completely mad, or the game has a few things that keeps me entertained. Or it might be that I am completely bonkers
In all honesty, the fun part I like about ESO is that it's actually fun to explore the world, just run around a bit and see what you can uncover. I've played my share of MMOs over the years but somewhat, ESO manages to give me an incentive to go out into the world and just explore, despite having done that before for an extensive amount of time, it's still fun to just run around and explore.
That is, until you take an arrow to the knee ... Oh God that was awful! *hides*
I'll be honest here...
I really love ESO that I called it my 'MMO of choice". And this is over WoW, Guild Wars 2, and Wildstar. Played WoW for years (off and on for 8 years), but since... *cough*GarrisonCraft*cough*, I felt it was time to quit. Was painful. So many memories.
But I got new memories from ESO. I liked how it felt like Skyrim (even having the minimal UI), yet it also bugged me as a MMO (had no way to know my buffs and debuffs).
Thankfully, the game allows mods to fix those things.
I like the fact the devs decided to not force the endgame boss as a group raid, and instead make him a soloable boss.
As a soloer, this is really my kind of MMO. Best of all... first person combat, yo!And that is my truly honest, positive (not ZoS butt-kissing) opinion about this game.

I love the game. It's immersive and beautiful, I enjoy questing, collecting crafting materials, reading lore books and everything it has to offer.
I have even PvP'd on occasion, though I prefer to siege keeps rather than 1v1 or being ganked - this is the first MMO I have ever enjoyed PvP in. I haven't played that many, but to me their PvP all the same. Just mindless killing. ESO felt different to me because it has objectives.
My younger son was the one who convinced me to sign up for Beta. I was skeptical, because I expected another hideous anime styled MMO where greatswords were swung around like toothpicks and all female armour was a chainmail bikini.
I didn't follow development because I really wasn't all that interested. I honestly felt that the game would just be a shell of Elder Scrolls style. When I was invited to participate in the Beta, I logged in with some trepidation, expecting said anime game, and was utterly floored at how beautiful the game was and how absolutely wrong I had been.
I don't min max, or crunch numbers. I just play, and it suits my playing style, as I'm sure it supports other styles. I love that about it. I love how I am not forced to group, and I can just quest on my own, with the options to group for dungeons if I want to, not because I am forced to.
There have been some decisions made that I've found really disappointing in regards to the game. Decisions I've found to be detrimental, but on the whole, I think that the game is marvelous, and I've ceased playing any other MMO ( didn't play that many anyway ) and firmly planted myself in ESO.
I'm hoping that ZOS will stick to their opinions of keeping ESO away from the trap of being just like every other MMO, another WoW clone, or nothing but a super expensive cash grab.

This is the game I come to relax in, and that says a lot. I really love this game and the people I meet here.
P.S. As a psn user that missed it, please show mercy and let me buy the blacksmith & baker costume. Not being able to get these 2 costumes is literally my only complaint... that's how much I enjoy this game.
