I really hope we have the option of taking bounty quests on other players. Of course it should be a toggle for players who don't want to participate.

as early as Imperial City DLC was being announced, they said that it was to be the only DLC with PvP elements, being all the other dlc purely PvE focused

The system you refer to, is the Justice *Enforcer* system that is right now taking a back seat due to other priorities. They scrapped justice pvp altogether they confirmed they are not adding it.
its not on the back burner it is done not happening period. They flat out said they are not adding the system into the game.
It could have been intresting if optional, but I guess they did not want to drive players away with such a system and they had no idea how to balance it either. They don't trust players to be guards, I can see them adding a pve, enforcer system basically like a bounty hunter skill line and hunting npc bandits and criminals. They should add this at least because this could add some interesting features.

✭✭I do want to see a pve, and pvp arena like oblivions arena but with like four different colar choices and basically the same rules.
They gave you a armor that covered all but the head, and you could not wear anything else but you got to wear a helm and use any type of magic or a shield, they do need to add this type of one on one arena, they could do this with the dark brotherhood dlc since we are getting a city that is known to have an arena.
It would be cool and I would like to fight to the death against npcs, or players!

It is almost a certainty that they will give us repeatable quests where we have to hunt down and kill npcs. I am just worried that it will be the same 5 or 6 npcs over and over again, making the quests boring and repetitive. At least if we could hunt down real players it would be less monotonous and a better challenge.There will be none,

Oliumzen✭✭✭Give us the option to transfer to an open world PvP server. Grinding out Draugh the other day and i couldn't help but think "man this feels like sewer grinding, just no body will come gank me. Man sure would be fun if i had to worry about someone trying to gank me." lol1
