Was in the middle of playing, got booted to login screen and account information not correct.
then an email right after stating a cancelation of my sub, which idid not do.
Signing into account on website and it sais im suspended,

    Have you opened a support ticket regarding the issue? Unless this is an issue with their server software glitching out, you probably won't get a response on the forums except to say to contact them to handle it privately.

    just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue? had chat turned off - was on ts with my buddies and just entered a keep door in cyro when i got booted to login screen, couldnt log back in said account information was incorrect and then i got an email saying my sub was cancelled, even though i did not do it , its a 90 day recurring and i baught it last month, feb 9th.

    i havent done anything illegal, i just log in, do my hirelings, a wb quest or two in wrothgar, then spend the rest of the day in cyrodiil, ive been playing this game since beta and dont even have 1 black mark on my record.

    sub means not ESO+
    but your whole game was cancelled from account

    its not just about the response to the several tickets i have open, its about any word in general, ive read both online and heard from friends that when they get suspended, they get an email with it explaining why.

    i have not received any word/email from them regarding this matter, just an email regarding the cancellation of my subscription.
    and this is why i have come to the forums

    Your account may have been hacked, I would check it out and maybe change password or whatever you need to make sure it is safe just in case.

    I never been suspended(yet, hopefully never) so I don't know the time frame of ZoS suspension email.
    My guess(Only a guess): The staff/system itself suspended your account due to suspicious activity and may get back to you with an explanation in 24-48 hours or probably after the weekend.

    If i had to guess.......you killed someone in PVP and they are too uber to be killed so you must be hacking/exploiting so they reported you. Instead of actually doing anything like look into it, they just suspended you. Just a guess though.

    Ah, yeah, good point.

    Even if you pay for ESO+, you need a valid base game.

    I know in the past they sometimes send out an email before shutting down illegitimate game codes. The game is still on sale for $19 from dlgamer.com:

    No from what I know they require evidence before they take any action, like a screenshot of some sort.
    It could be that someone hacked him, they do suspend those accounts so the people can take care of it if it happens. Or he was reported for something, we don't know.

    Well I am sure they would say outright banned, and not suspended. It could mean that the game client he got was bought under a stolen creditcard or something and they suspend those accounts til they get pay for the game again.
    It could be he got hacked and they need him to make sure to change things around.
    Basically, they do have paper trails in game, every item you buy it would record it every mail sent would be recorded everything banked or put into guild store would be recorded. They do keep paper trails of every player, its how they found those duping items and permabanned back when the game was just launched.

    You can get sub from online on gamestop as well from possibly other sites as well. Sub is not restricted to the official site they have subs that I have bought from gamestop. He could have went to an unoffical site and bought cheap codes thinking they were legit, but could have been bought with stolen credit cards and they flagged them. Zenimax does not tolerate anything bought with stolen credit. So basically that is possibly the reason.
    Just so you know you can buy sub online from game stop now its where I buy crowns.
    My advice do not buy from untrusted sites or from stolen credit cards.
    Lets hope those that steal credit cards get caught and thrown in jail.

    I was talking, specifically, about the three month subs. All the physical subscription keys I've seen are for 60 days.

    i do all my eso stuff legitimately, its not that at all

    im an all day player since day 1 early release, i dont want to compromise my account in any way, i even turn chat off during " zonechat pvp "so i dont join in and say something ridiculous :wink:

    going on 5 hours now, no response/email yet, great customer service for a loyal, paying customer.

    Customer Support can give you further details and assistance.
    As mentioned by other players, suspensions are not random and not always a situation where it's related to behavior. If you have not received a response in a timely manner, please leave a basic message on the General Customer Support forum with your ticket number.

    It sounds like you already submitted a ticket, however, in future situations like this be sure to use the Suspension/Compromised Account on our website when submitting his ticket. This will route the ticket to the support team it needs to reach and ensure that the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

    As we're discussing account actions, (and we moderators can unfortunately not assist further), we'll otherwise be closing this thread. But we hope that was at least a little helpful.
