With the thieves guild update will the lich set drop rate be higher?

Will it be a guaranteed drop from the correct bosses? I am asking for a friend because they where told it was. I however haven't seen or heard anything about it.

✭✭✭✭The drop rate seems to be up, but we killed 3 Seducer Sisters today and I only got one Lich piece. So if they are supposed to always be dropping a set piece, it's not working, at least not for everyone in on the kill. Each time they dropped at least one piece for someone, though.1 -

Perhaps your required to do a certain amount of damage to him or there's a cap on the amount of players that can loot them like Molag Ball in the sewers?0 -

I don't know, maybe. There was only 4 of us. We made sure everyone got at least one attack in, but these ladies go down in just a couple of shots.
