Standard of Might disappears after few seconds... is this an intentional change?

Okay... so Standard of Might SHOULD last more than 10 seconds... however, I've noticed lately that it disappears once the mob you are currently agro'd with are all gone. This can mean the SoM only lasts 2 or 3 seconds...

I want it to last the full quota - because then I used my chains to pull in other mobs to the battle to "squeeze the juice" of my ultimate attack.

Is this a glitch/bug or an intentional nerf???

Also happens to me, I ran into a dolmen then activate the ult (standard of might) then after I killed the wormcult summoners of the dolmen, both my standard of might ult and the worm cult corpse disappear fast.
this happens on occasional cases wherein I fight w/ a boss then after the boss died, my SoM also disappears.

I see this happening after you get out of combat. Like when I pull 5 enemies and they all die within lets say 3 secs of standing dropping.. Once the last add died the standard will fade away like "my job is done here guys, peace!"

Its done this since release & it also happens with the shifting morph. At least with shifting you have a chance to grab it before it disappears & place it where the non aggro'd enemies are.

I figured it was an intentional thing so I have not used that ulti in over 6 months.

I'm not so sure it HAS done it since release, I've had my Dragonknight tank using it for about 9 months now, and it never seemed to do this before... I can say that it's very annoying. I've also noticed it happens with meteor too now... so ice comet can last literally 1 or 2 seconds. Which makes the ultimate not so ultimate.

I didnt really like the other 2 DK ultimate's until recently so it was all I used until I got the 2 guild ulti's & werewolf.
Regardless of when each other started experiencing the SoM problem, I doubt it will be changed whether it is intended or not.

Half the time the meteor animation doesnt even appear for me (it occurs less with the Ice Comet morph for some reason) so if it does happen with meteor I havnt noticed.

I had my own pve record of 4 blue screen crashes in 1 hour last night so doubt I'll be playing for much longer anyway. They occur daily now so I wouldnt be surprised if SoM is getting worse too.
