Anzriel✭✭✭✭Honestly I feel like they're losing a lot of money on the appearances front. Most of the costumes are mediocre, many of the mounts are mediocre. They're missing a lot of profit not having better cosmetics on the cash shop. People spend silly amounts to get their character to look good.1
