Do these sets have shields?

I have been hunting Ebon set items for the better part of the new DLC's release. I have found all the weapons, jewelry and armor except shields nor have I seen them posted, talked about or listed in stores. Do the Ebon, Worm and Hircine sets have shields available?

Also, do the Orsinium sets now have weapons and shields or is the same jewelry and armor only?

A reputable word is good enough but a screenshot would be great if they do exist.

The Orsinium sets do not have weapons or shields. I did 7 dailies per day in Wrothgar til I had almost every piece in v16.

Ebon, Wormcult and Hircine sets have armor and jewelry pieces, no weapons and shield.
This is similar to the Orsinium sets like Briarheart, Trinimac, Pariah etc.

Orsinium sets have not been changed.
