Im getting nothing but level 10 alchemy solvents in V16 zones. Clear water. Please fix this Zenimax.

✭✭Do you have points in Alchemy?
IC is the only area where you can get VR 15 Lorkhan's Tears without having to put points into Alchemy.
Can confirm through my VR 1 Stamplar.0 -

You need 8/8 in Solvents to get v15 tears!1 -
