FPS drops in places, is it my end? (dxdiag linked)

For quite a while now, since before Orsinium DLC I have been getting FPS drops in random places like a lot of others. After trying some "fixes" that worked for others to no avail I am hoping someone can help me see if the problem is on my end. dxdiag attached.
