PS4 Gamebreaking Bug, Cant Leave Voice Area Chat!

Hello, i have to sit there and listen to every single stranger talk their nonsense in area chat in my game cause i cant leave area chat. It just refreshes the leave channel every time it counts down to zero. I cant play the game at all listening to this.

Now i just realized i cant join other channels as well.

    Yeah i submitted a ticket. But will definitely quit if this isnt fixed. I dont even get in my guild chat cause i like to listen to the game and be left alone except for dungeons and PVP.

    lol then why play an mmo that's kind of silly bud ;) but I can feel ur pain especially in main cities with that random 10yr old that follows you around talking nonsense or asking for stuff sending random trades etc. can be annoying at times.

    EDIT: just think of them as really awkward NPCS designed with random actions and voices.

    Close the app and restart that usually fixes it for me

    Why play MMOs because i have the right to play the games i want. I tried single player games, they feel dead, i like PVP, single player games dont offer PVP. And i do like to group in dungeons but i dont want to hear people talk when i am questing. That is why games have sound effects and music to listen to not people saying dumb crap in chat.

    Thanks for trying to help, but doesnt work. What strange is i logged into another character and it isnt bugged, its just bugged on my main character.

    Happens to me all the time. Leave any group you're in, Log out and back in and it should fix it

    Not in a group, i have closed game, reopened, logged in other characters which arent bugged. So yeah hopefully its get fixed but dont want to listen to a 16 yr old talk about how drunk they get during spring break.

    I never said you didn't have the right to anything. just saying wanting to avoid people and playing an mmo is like wiping before you poop(just doesn't make sense.) now I get you on the pvp and dungeon thing where it is nice to have social interaction. but that's the social interaction is the main reason to play an mmo. running through the woods see a fellow ally fighting a boss and losing to it and running up to save the day to help your comrade. running through quests together tag teaming any potential challenging quests( none I have found.) but that's what makes mmos so great is that there is the social interaction. lol
