It looks exactly the same even with average setups in the 1k $ pricerange.

That frame rate is amazing, though. Even when he's around a lot of enemy players, seems to always stay at least around 40-60.
Makes me wonder if the Cyrodiil performance problems are more related to client hardware. After IC patch, my frame rate drops a lot, below 10 fps around big keep battles.

I disagree as my system can run in Cyrodil with 30-60 FPS in large group fights and up to 100 at other times and that's with an I7 3770K OC'd to 4.5 GHZ, 32GB DDR3 Ram, 250GB SSD and a GTX970. When your ping is solid Red 300+ and everyone else in the game is saying Laaaag at the exact same time your game lags, it's NOT client hardware, that's all on the Server side.
There are people running this game with 2x 970 or 980 GTX's and CPU's higher than i7 5820k with SSD's running this game that get the exact same Server Latency issues.

At one time, however, frame rate during high latency spikes in keep battles on those high end rigs never dropped below 60, or at least that's what a couple owners of similar PCs with Titans or GTX 980 SLI mentioned.
They would experience rubber banding, etc., but apparently frame rate remained above 60. If this is the case, it suggests ESO may currently be a bit more demanding on client hardware than it used to be.
At least in these videos, the gameplay seems incredibly smooth. Might be different in Azura's Star during weekend primetime, of course.

Settings are settings regardless of hardware. They only difference would be the framerate.
sirrmattus wrote: »Ok so this is updated for today 3/15/16 everything is the same except the changes made in v2.3.6, below is a couple videos i made back in january, the difference is shocking.
this is a full campaign maxed population im going to show 32 and 64 bit diferences
i can honestly say right now 64bit is unplayable for me, i cant deal with the lag like others.
ESO v2.3.6 980ti Nvidia Optimized Test 32bit & 64bit Settingshttps://youtu.be/ckIAiLeyM1c
ESO v2.3.6 980ti Nvidia Optimized Test 32bit
its very playable and no huge lag spikeshttps://youtu.be/QYcZooRCUDc
ESO v2.3.6 980ti Nvidia Optimized Test 64bit
you can see right away the big differences. im just standing still here. monster lag spike for a few secondshttps://youtu.be/tJmTD3GVFdk
