✭✭✭✭✭I recall reading something from a ZOS employee (might have been Gina) that Carnage itself wasn't broken - there was an underlying issue with the way the calculations were done, and it was just easier for us to find the issue in the Carnage passive. That underlying issue should have been fixed in the TG update last Monday. A couple of us were calling it a stealth-fix.
