    Tier 10 mats are the default drop now, if you've maxed out your crafting in those zones.

    Okay, "in an hour" is hyperbolic. But you can farm up your 1k mats pretty quickly. It might take a day.

    Sorry, I missed that rule because it wasn't written....

    If it wasn't nailed down or carved on a giant monolith, it was probably already stolen.

    I really do wish they would add some Skooma Dens in game! Remember the ones in previous games, like the one in Bravil where you could happily murder a couple of the NPC's to start the Dark Brotherhood quests? Ah good times.

    If your on PC-NA holler when you get ALL of your mats. I'll make it for FREE(With your materials including style if exotic) in any set/style you want as long as it's not Trinimac as I can't make that yet but may be able to depending on how long it takes you to get them.....

    If you don't want to look at him, play first person. Wrothgar is not very populated these days and you can get tons of v16 mats.

    Sent some gold, I'm a bit short on mats in that weight. Hope it helps. Sent some tempers, too, and sounds like you've got a crafter up there willing to make the stuff, get in touch with robbmrp.
