No idea, but if you're using it in PvP then there's really no point.

because healthpools are so small finishers make no sense to be used over SA as you are losing one ability slot for a few thousends more overkilldmg wich doesent mattered at all in the beginning.

With KB, you get ~2.5K base damage plus an additional ~7.5k [edited from 10k due to call error ]when they're at below 25% health due to the additional 300% buff.

Given that the majority of players are either DPS, Healers or hybrid Tanks and so have ~25k health with food, when they're at 25% health (6.25k remaining) you're simply going to overkill them. With health Tanks who have ~40k health, 25% will be 10k so you're still going to overkill somewhat.

Ambush and Surprise attack both deal around 5k each - so without any sort of execute - whenever an enemy is on 25% it's gonna be difficult for them to stay alive, unless they use a shield of sorts - of course - however even then KB will fail.

Granted, you'll get 20% of your health back on a kill when using KB but if you're ganking then this isn't required and if you're in group fights then there's more efficient ways of regaining health (Piercing Mark for 40%, potions, Rally, a healer) and preventing health loss (immovable, bone shield, cloak & surprise attack for shadow passives)

Personally, I find Reverse Slice as a much better execute ability than KB as it does more damage and gives an additional 300% damage at 50% health, rather than 25%. Albeit costing double but still relatively cheap at 2k. If you're not 2H then I'd argue Steel Tornado or Ambush + Surprise Attack are still better than KB.

If you're spamming KB for the low cost I'd recommend spamming Surprise Attack or Cloak + Surprise Attack as that grants 5k physical resistance (+ 25% extra for each heavy piece worn) due to the Shadow passive and also reduces their physical resistance by 5k

Weave and sup attack is all you need. Go relentless and wear anyone out and job done. Personally I've been using DW and s&b same attacks but you get a shield (in 1k extra stam) and defensive posture. Works pretty well. Passives give you the 5% bonus too. Main difference is crit is lower. But ditch KB it's pretty useless. Steel tornado is too stam hungry to justify it unless jumping multiple people.
