Major FPS drop on 64bit client after March 15 Patch

Hello everyone,
The title says it all. After the latest patch, the FPS dropped dramatically on the 64bit client. As an example, before the patch the FPS were approximately the same on 32-bit & 64bit on my system. Right now, well, I'll let the screenshots speak better.

First is 32-bit

While the second one is the 64-bit

Below left, you can see the FPS difference. In the 64 version, it's less than half the speed of the 32-bit.

Anyone else experience this?

I too am experiencing FPS issues since the recent patch but only when in large groups doing boss dailies. Prior to the patch I never had FPS issues in large groups.

Can confirm, the stuttering FPS drops that were on 32bit and NOT on 64bit prior to this patch are now happening on the 64bit client :/

That's odd, FPS on mine is significantly better with an Nvidia 750 and an I5

Ive been playing today on the 64 bit client after the patch. I dont have any fps problems. I wonder if its a driver specific thing. I am using a MSI R7 370.

    My graphics is 2x Asus Direct CU-II (580GTX) on 3-way SLI (internally bridged) on an 6-core i-7 @ 3.2GHz & 24GB DDR3 RAM.

The main concern is that the game ran @ 36-38fps minimum in towns & 47-60fps on any other locations (I use NVidia's frame limiter to lock @ 60fps as it works much better).

Ok, just installed the latest hotfix and it seems to be working better for now. Though the 64bit client under-uses the SLI (1st card works above 60% average while the 2nd is between 5-12%).

Ok, I think the issue has to do with a probable memory leak. Or I cannot find any other solution really.
After playing around in Kunari's Nest (spelled that correctly?) for about an hour or so (after doing a few quests in starting Auridon), I noticed that the framerate started to drop significantly.

Usually, when I play @ Stonefalls on the 64-bit client, the one GFX card was @ 94-98% while the other was @ 2-4%. But still, it would give any thing between 45-60fps. A little bit in Auridon (and the Nest), after a while, the fps drops and the one GFX card was running @ 38-42% with the other being @ 0%.

As a test, I restarted the client, which is usually a good idea in the cases where a memory leak is detected.

In the attached screenshots, you'll see one @ 24fps (memory leak)...

...and another @ 48fps with the exact same settings.

The only difference is restarting the client. I noticed that occurs in the Altmer/Bosmer/Kajiit starting areas (haven't tested further out).

SLI is broken on the 64bit client. There are work arounds but it is hit and miss. Some have reported that it helps and many others say it has done nothing according to different forums and sites discussing this as well.

I also believe there is a memory leak on the 64 bit client. I hit close to 8GB of used memory for the ESO-64 client and the game was unplayable. Had to restart it.

I have 32 GB of RAM (no not overkill I run Virtual OS's as well, not when playing a game though) so running out of RAM isn't a problem but the 64bit Client cant handle it after playing about 30 minutes.
