Grouping Tool forming unusaully large groups

Seriously someone might want to look into this as it's not the first time I've had this happen (though it is the largest group I've gotten so far).

Earlier today I had the same thing happen when I queued for a random dungeon. In my case it made a group of 6 rather than 7, with 2 tanks (including myself) and 1 person who was offline. When I saw that we were in a large group, yet I had the notification that it was going to teleport me to Darkshade Caverns, I was a wee bit bemused...

Was queued in for the random dungeon, normal difficulty, level v16, healer role. Dungeon the group popped for was Spindleclutch. Queued in alone (wasn't already in a party with anyone or anything like that). Playing NA/PC server.

It strikes again! Queued in alone for Random Normal Dungeon (wound up with Spindleclutch again btw). Healer role selected. One person listed as offline, two already inside the dungeon (same as last time).

So, it's been roughly a month now and this is still happening.
Yesterday it was with a Banished Cells group.

Today it was with Crypt of Hearts.

But want to know what was really weird with todays super group? I was still ported into the Crypt of Hearts even though I left the group before the count down to the forced port finished. Seriously. I had at least 20-30 seconds left on the counter before I left the group. Yet I WAS STILL PORTED (ALONE) INTO THE DUNGEON!

Every time this has happened I was using the random group finder. Queued in alone, healer role. Each time someone seems to be offline. Getting ported in after leaving the group is a new one though and I gotta say, not cool. Really not cool.

Yeah, I've had stuff like that happen before.
Also had it add blank spaces to my group. Like party members without names or avatars just taking up space.

We get a lot of 5-man groups forming

It does this on Xbox one now as of the last patch and at TG update but not as much since the last patch
